I’ve never been one to really like these “what we think we look like / what we really look like” comparisons on the internet (and even less when Facebook people started raping the idea and turning it into some virus shmit, but this one really got to me (in view of how I got floored two weeks ago. hurting butt, hurting ego).  Guess you could say I’m not much of a “Muay thai fighter” more than I am a… muay thai flopper.

Been watching Chinese martial arts movie clips over the past day in between slugging over schoolwork. Not that I mind, it’s not work when you love it. That said, Ip Man has made me question whether or not going into MT was the right choice. Wing Chun looks helluva lot more… cool. He makes fighting look so little like the violence it’s usually portrayed to be. He doesn’t look like he’s fighting more than he is dancing. Maybe when I’ve gotten over this phase of hecticity (is that even a word?!), I’ll sign up for ~martial arts~
